Job Description

Position:  Grounds Maintenance/Custodian – Part-time


This is a part-time position - 2-3 hours per day + weekends required

Position Requirements

  • Ability to work 2-3 hours per day and weekends
  • Team player with great attitude
  • Current valid drivers' license
  • Pre-Employment background screen

 

Duties

  • General cleaning of buildings and keeping them maintained and in good condition.
  • Responsible for the overall cleaning and appearance of the community models and vacant ready apartments, in addition to the public common access areas utilized by current and/or prospective residents.
  • Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
  • Cleans the office, clubhouse, public access areas and models as directed. This includes, but is not limited to, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • The ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail is required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
