Brandi has worked in the multifamily housing industry since 2007 when she began her career as an assistant manager with Arruth Associates. Prior to joining the Industry, Brandi worked in the insurance business as an agent with Allstate where she held her P&C, Life and Health licenses. Prior to that, Brandi worked in management at United Parcel Service (UPS) for eight years. Once at Arruth, Brandi advanced through her career from Assistant Manager to Property Manager, on to Area Manager and finally Regional Supervisor. Brandi joined GWR Management continuing her role as Regional Supervisor as part of the Arruth Portfolio acquisition in March 2016. Brandi is very detail oriented and takes great pride in her work and her team all while maintaining a strong work ethic. Always striving to do the best for herself, her team, and her residents, she does not settle for anything less than the best – a life motto that she has proudly instilled in her two boys. Never settle.
Brandi lives in New Waverly with her husband and two boys. She and her family are big into sports and in her free time, you will find her either on the baseball diamond or a football field depending on which season it is. This is truly where she is happiest watching her boys practice and grow into amazing young men and promising athletes.
