In his role as Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Alex applies his technical skills and management knowledge creating, negotiating, and overseeing capital projects on the properties he is responsible for.  Alex also provides training and coaching to the maintenance teams and assists in the hiring of new employees to the Company.  Originally from El Salvador, Alex moved to the US in 1995 and settled in New York City where he worked in the restaurant business.  In 2002, Alex moved to Houston and found his niche working in the multifamily industry a year later.  Alex began his career on site, first as a groundskeeper and then quickly worked his way up through the onsite maintenance roles eventually earning his place as a Maintenance Director.  This role gave Alex the opportunity to do what he loves most which is to meet and help others through great customer service while guiding and mentoring a team; but also, to make a difference in another person’s life.

Alex lives in the Houston area and enjoys spending his free time doing outdoor activities and watching or playing sports.  Whether it is soccer and basketball, baseball or football, you will find Alex there in his free time.  Alex is a Godly man who is happily devoted to his wife and their son.
