As part of the GWR Team, Hector is focused in
promoting superior maintenance performance on each community through a
comprehensive management and leadership approach.
Hector has designed and led maintenance programs, training and oversight of maintenance personnel. His
collective experience includes more than 15 years in the multifamily industry. He has a wealth of knowledge in management, capital projects, construction, rehabs, renovation and routine maintenance
in both Arizona and Texas.
Hector has built an outstanding relationship with
contractors, vendors and HAA members, searching for new opportunities to
improve and continue growing. He has continued his education in Political Science, Sociology,
Leadership, Construction Codes and Development, as well as all maintenance areas
related to the communities. He enjoys working closely with the leadership of the cities and counties where our communities are. Hector is proud to be part of the amazing team at GWR!
